Contest Rules for Cure Puck Stash Giveaway
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Twister Technologies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit the designated form for the Cure Puck Stash. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
3. Prizes
There are two (2) Cure Pucks available to be won. Each prize will be awarded to a separate entry. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value or any other items.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Two winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Limitations
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per household. In the event of multiple entries from the same household, only the first entry received will be considered.

By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Twister Technologies to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
